What should buyers include in a PPF inquiry?

Include product type, model or color, sample quantity, target order volume, destination market, packaging requirements and any certificate or QC proof needed.

Can buyers request OEM packaging through the contact page?

Yes. ELOV supports custom boxes, inner bags and backing liner logos. OEM packaging and private-label custom orders require a minimum of 100 rolls. Include your model list, quantity and artwork requirements in the inquiry.

When does ELOV calculate lead time from?

Lead times start from payment: samples 1-2 working days, stock orders 2-3 working days, regular production about 7 working days, OEM packaging about 10 working days and custom products about 15-20 working days. These are preparation or production estimates, not transit times; confirm the schedule for your order.
